Greater Manchester Chamber is the largest accredited Chamber of Commerce in the UK, with over 4,500 members.
The Chamber has a strong presence in Greater Manchester’s ten local areas, helping its members grow their businesses through a range of services included in their membership package.
Chamber membership gives businesses access to everything from business support to a huge range of??award-winning international trade services.
In response to the coronavirus, the Chamber is conducting a weekly Business Monitor survey to assess the impact of the lockdown on its members. The Chamber has also launched a new initiative called GM Business Community, which gives all businesses who are not currently members free access to the Chamber’s network and support.
During the lockdown, the Chamber has been focusing on communicating with its members by sharing the latest updates on dedicated COVID-19 pages on its website, increasing its e-newsletter ‘The Brief’ to three times a week, as well as providing regular social media updates and a variety of online events.
