Last month we told you about the Excellence in Action Programme (LEAP), a brand new leadership programme being brought to you by JCI UK on 21 - 23 September in Sheffield.

This time we have even more exciting news as we can confirm that alongside some of our home-grown trainers, we will also be welcoming two of JCI Europe's most highly regarded trainers, Dennis Ament and Esther Ter Beek, both from JCI The Netherlands. Dennis and Esther have both got a long history of training both in JCI and externally and have provided training at the JCI European Academy as well as at conferences across Europe - so we are really excited to welcome them to train at LEAP!

Over the course of the weekend we will focus on:
• Understanding your organisation
• Understanding yourself and others
• Motivation and leadership of a team
• Running an effective organisation

The programme - This residential programme starts on Friday evening from 7pm for an introduction to the programme and an informal social evening. The programme will finish at 3pm on Sunday.

JCI Sheffield will be hosting the weekend and look forward to welcoming you to the city and the Holiday Inn Royal Victoria Hotel.
