The programme for the National Convention is virtually complete. Below are details of the speakers confirmed for Friday 24th November.
Donna Hubbard, Be Dynamic Coaching (9.40am)
Donna Hubbard is a mindset coach and speaker, and created Be Dynamic Coaching & Training in 2011. Soon after becoming a coach, Donna discovered that the thing that stood between her clients and their goals wasn't a lack of capability, resource or time, but how they viewed themselves.
This realisation sparked her passion for helping people, teams and businesses to create better results by elevating their mindset, in other words moving their outlook from a place of "I/we can't" to, "I/we can". Find Donna on Twitter at @BeDynamicLife
Julie Bigg, Wessex Heartbeat (10.00am)
Julie is a Cardiac Rehab Nurse at University Hospital Southampton. She has been working in cardiac rehabilitation/cardiology for 20 years with a particular interest in health promotion in coronary heart disease.
She was involved with the setting up of the Your Healthy Heart programme several years ago. Most of her time is spent working in the cardiology department at Southampton General Hospital helping people who have had heart surgery and heart attacks come to terms with what has happened to them and make healthier lifestyle choices for the future.

Wayne Clarke, JCI Global Ambassador (11.00am)
Wayne is a founding partner of the Global Growth Institute and works throughout the world designing and delivering strategic growth focused programmes. In 2012 at the New York JCI/UN Partnership Summit, he was formally recognised as a JCI Ambassador for his work in promoting the principles of JCI and the United Nations Foundation. Wayne will be talking about how we can make an impact as businesses in our community and better integrate the culture of our businesses to do so.
Nigel Adkins, former Premier League Football Manager (3.30pm)
Nigel is an English former professional footballer, physiotherapist and manager who was most recently of League One club Sheffield United. Adkins played as a goalkeeper for Tranmere Rovers and Wigan Athletic. He finished his playing career and began his successful managerial career at Welsh club Bangor City before spells at Scunthorpe United and Southampton, where he led both clubs to promotion. His tenure with the latter was noted for taking the Southampton football club from League One to the Premier League in successive seasons.
Nigel will give a one hour talk on how positivity creates success and shares his experiences on how he motivated young people within the football world to achieve their full potential. Noted for his infectious style of man management, Nigel will give delegates a unique insight of delivering results under immense pressure. There will also be a Q&A session for you to ask your questions direct.
