As a motivational speaker Andy has given insight lectures on the subject of teamwork, leadership, self-belief and the importance of planning, preparation and debriefing.   Lesley Ann Raphael, Laughter Leader and Teacher (Sunday Morning). Undaunted by many requests from childhood authority figures not to be silly and to stop laughing, it is of ironical note that she now makes a living doing just that. From a dark period in her life, she discovered laughter yoga, a system of employing laughter not as a response to humour but as a form of exercise for good health and wellbeing.  Blown away by what it did for her physical and mental recovery, she is now passionate about spreading the word through interactive laughter sessions that bring fun, enjoyment and wellbeing to others. Lesley encourages others to use laughter to calm, energise, uplift and heal.  She runs a regular laughter club, contributes articles to magazines and newspapers, and has taken part in television coverage that aired on the Lorraine breakfast show.            Any questions?
